About the closed beta
Wonder Quest Online is in closed beta. The game is free and runs in your browser; during the beta, creating a new account needs an invite code. This page covers what is in the beta, how to join, and where to send feedback.
1. How to join
The closed beta is the test period before launch. The main content is in, but numbers, balance and the interface will keep changing based on player feedback.
Get an invite code
- From a friend: every player account has 3 single-use codes. An invite link from a friend fills the code in for you.
- From our announcements: we post shared codes in our official announcement posts. They stop working once they are used up.
- Pre-register: leave your email in the form on the home page and we will write when more spots open.
Create an account
- Go to playqiyu.com and choose Register.
- Enter the invite code, then sign up with a username and password (email required), or with Google or Discord.
- Create a character and play. Existing accounts sign in as usual, no code needed.
2. What's in the beta
- Level cap 70.
- Three classes: warrior, mage and thief. Second job at level 30 and third job at 60, nine third jobs in all, each with its own ultimate.
- Party quests: three dungeons for levels 20–39, 40–54 and 55–70, up to six players, and you can also go in solo.
- Boss rooms: every map has a boss you can fight as often as you like, plus a daily boss chest.
- World boss: every day at 13:00 and 21:00 Taipei time (05:00 and 13:00 UTC), and the whole server fights it together.
- Abyss Tower: ten floors for level 55 and up, reset weekly.
- Weekly challenge: a new set of modifiers every week, with a leaderboard.
- Guilds: guild chat, notices, a guild bank, emblems and weekly guild quests.
- Exchange: buy and sell orders, with public prices at playqiyu.com/data/.
- Nothing is for sale during the beta.

3. What you need
- Desktop: a recent Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
- Phone: the same browsers, held sideways, with a touch joystick and skill wheel.
- Nothing to download or install. One account plays on both desktop and phone.
4. Schedule
The beta is ongoing and has no end date yet. If we ever wipe data, we will announce it in the game and on this site at least two weeks in advance.
5. Data wipe
Characters and items from the beta will be wiped before the official launch and will not carry over. During the beta we may also change numbers and drops to fix bugs or balance.
6. Beta reward
Closed beta players get a thank-you reward when the official version launches. The details will be announced before launch.
7. Known issues
- Balance is still moving: experience, drops and monster strength may all change.
- Server updates disconnect you for 10 to 20 seconds. The game reconnects by itself and your progress is saved.
- Older or low-memory phones can slow down in big fights; lowering the quality in the settings helps.
- Some text and help screens are still being polished, especially in English.
8. Reporting bugs
- In the game (fastest): open the menu or the settings and choose Report a problem. It attaches the version, map and position, level and job, device and browser, and you can add a screenshot of the game.
- Email: write to qiyu@endlesstech.tw. Other ways to reach us are on Support and accounts.
A good report says:
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- The map, your character name and roughly when it happened.
- Steps to make it happen again, if you can; a screenshot or video helps a lot.
- Your device and browser, if you report outside the game.
To report a cheating or abusive player, type /report in chat; see Support.
